Premajyothi visitors data entry

First I pray swamy and thank him for giving an oppertunity to create an application with Premajyothi  Feedback data. I am also thankful to our district president, sri srinivasulugaru for giving an oppertunity to go ahead in this. With the current data that we have is only containing the address of the visitor but I could not assign the visitor to a samithi as I dont have boundary lines of each samithi. So, I request everybody to provide the areas that fall under your samithi so that we can incorporate that information and makes life easier in retrieving the addresses.

 

Please coorporate and provide this valuable information so that we will not missout any of these valuable brothers/sisters who are really interested to take part in the service activities. As everybody knows, currently we have Water camps and 84 bajans ahead and we can involve these visitors.

 

So, the fast you provide the information, we update the information in the database so that we can start pulling the data for further planning.

You will recall,last week I sent a long list of Premajyothi visitors who have expressed a desire to associate with our Organisation and participate in our programmes from time to time.

That was 7000 plus names coming from different locations.

I have also sent a mail to all of you to -form reception teams- in each samithi,contact these people,meet them and create an ambiance for them to be with us participating in our programmes.

I am happy to learn that some of our samithi's have commenced this gigantic task and I have had an opportunity to meet them as well.

To further simply locating and make area listings,our Brother Sri Venugopal prasad(Klayan nagar) has designed an appropriate application soft ware tool to enable you to exactly locate and identify people in your specific ares.

I have tried this and is very user friendly and effective simple tool.

Please utilize this tool and speed up your work which in fact a kind of fun that you will enjoy doing it!

I was spending time to develop a small application one for Samithi brothers (not only convenors but also others who are interested to pull the data to mobilize sai devotees based on the Excel) and another for our sai brothers who are entering the data in Excel. Instead if they enter into this application, that information is immediately available for convenors:

In this we need to provide the name of the area and it will pull based on the input. for example sangeev reddy nagar area is typed in different ways in the excel. they are like 'S.R. Nagar', 'SR Nagar', S.R Nagar', 'S.R.Nagar' 'Sanjeev reddy nagar', 'sanjeevreddy nagar'. so we need to use different combinations and when you click on "Go", it will show all available names in that "Area_of_Residence". Those results can be saved as a Excel using "Export to Excel" button. so each samithi can provide the areas that falls under their Samithi and with the help of Emails / mobile / address, they can mobilize people

This link provides a list of available Visitors in the database and we can edit the information for corrections using "Edit" link in each Visitor Row. We can add new Visitor Data into database using "New Visitor" where he can type in (instead of Excel) and update database. That way, we need not to make all authors (who enter the data) to assemble at one place, but can be entered from any part of the world.

Please have a look and if you feel this is helpful, you can guide and suggest me what else is needed to improve this so that all information can be captured and secondly how effectively samithis make use of this information.

It is more than month since we have concluded PREMA JYOTHI event in Hyderabad-It is natural that a lot of things fade way as the time passes-at the same time there are wonderful things happened that have left some permanent marks in our memory and in the memory of the visitors as well.It is important that we keep Prema Jyothi lighted up!-That is the purpose of these Divine assignments and tasks.

Our Feed back and information members were extremely busy lot, at that time, and not many would be knowing what they were up to?

There were 22,000 who have written their impressions and provided their contact details expressing their desire to join our services and be part of this phenomenon.

Our assigned members have captured this wealth of information on the data sheets at that time and then our computer members in young and old were sitting at sivam, at their homes, and offices for days together to bring it in to a readable format as you will see in the enclosed xcell sheet.

This is has been an unimaginable and enormous, gigantic task for all our boys with dozens of computers heated up to capture this valuable information that was never done before.It is HIS grace and the effort of all concerned and hats off to those guys and girls.I have seen this myself and proud of the commitment of our members.

Now we have a task and that is to contact these Divine visitors and bring them in to the Divine fold-How?

From the enclosed list I would like all the samithi conveners to pick up addresses that belong to their territory first-then make a contact with them-take an appointment-do not feel shy or embarrassed-meet them-talk to them-asses them-categorise invite them to sivam-engage them in to your programmes in your samithi.

Finally provide me with the names and lists of the best and interested people.-We will take it from here!-We all have to do it together to accomplish.

We will conduct a orientation cum familiarization programme for them at Sivam or your area if you prefer-This is a challenging task and we must do for the development and expansion of our organization.This is a gigantic opportunity and we can not miss it please!

We are happy and excited to inform you that our boys have worked all the night and fixed up the exhibition modules at the venue.

It was amazing spectacle to see how wonderfully they all have been working all night through the challenges!

Every thing was cleaned, spruced up decorated,carpets spread,panels assembled,lined up in sequence.

The Shamianas erected and ready for final touches.

We will be ready by 4th evening in all respects with your support of course!

This morning we had a PRESS meet with all the big wigs of the media both television and news paper

We addressed them and answered their questions- by His grace all went well-The press men had a look at the exhibition and had a lunch at the venue-All the media men were given a press kit containing all about Swami's gigantic projects and humanitarian services.

They were seemingly impressed and happy.-you can look forward to their reports from 4th of February the Wednesday.

You can now see our publicity teams have distributed invitations,leaflets,posters in schools,railways and bill boards at important cross roads-You can see the 29 sec display in all leading TV's and in the Radio as well.

I look forward to see that each of you should bring at least 20 of your friends,relatives for viewing this exhibition

On 5th of Feb the Thursday,we will have the Chief Minister DR.YS.Rajeasekhar Reddy garu inaugurating the event at about 1 pm and let us look forward to this exciting beginning.

To night once again we will be there at the venue for a another late night experience for final touches-we look forward to your best wishes,prayers and support.

How are you all doing? I am aware you are fully engaged in some form or the other in tasks related to PREMA JYOTHI that is filling the hearts of every one with Divine Love.

I am deeply, anguished and concerned to learn that some of us are still waiting to be called for this Unique divine mission tasks.

You will recall and recognise that we are in His mission and we need to run and participate and take up responsibilities.

Responsibilities in our Divine Organisation are normally and invariably taken and not given!-Recognisation is granted by HIM and never others.

I would like all of you who have been not contacted personally by name or invitation or tele call or notinformed, to come-please approach me or the designated coordinators to pick up their responsibilities.There are very many restricted and challenging tasks that needs your help and support, like never before!-We need you now at once.

We apolozise for missing you in our rush of things happening.

We need to walk our talk now....The important stage of putting things together begins to day and that is just a week away from now!

Our young and senior members and new entrants are working night and day and it is very heartening to see the women folk too are with us in large numbers with keen interest.Do you know ?How happy our Swami is now to learn that we are all together!

Hyderabad members are in the Divine eye and is looking at setting up trends in this direction of the Divine mission-we need to rise to this expectation and is very simple too-that is just be in tune with what is going on....that is all we need to do!-We have done this and we need to maintain and continue this....

No task is big or small-all are tasks dedicated to the Divine mission like the different parts of the body that work in unison and cohesion to maintain the equilibrium-so too our members from different sections working for the same cause with devotion and love for the Almighty--in the words of our dear Swami last week

Devotion to God is not to be calculated on the basis of the institutions one has started or helped, the temples that one has built or renovated, the donations one has given away, nor the number of times that one has written or recited the Name of the Lord. These are not vital at all, not even secondary. Devotion is Divine Love, unsullied by any tinge of desire for the benefit that flows from it, or the fruit of the action, or the consequence of that love. It is love that knows no particular season or reason. Its nature is such as the love of the soul for the Divine, the river for the sea, the creeper for the tree, the star for the sky, and the spring for the cliff down which it flows. It is sweet, in bad times as well as in good.
