REQUIREMENT OF SEVADAL FOR THE WORLD EDUCATION CONFERENCE

We are having World Educational conference from July 19th 2008 to 22nd July 2008 at Prashanthi Nilyam. Please refer to the Circular given by our A.P State Organisation to arrange 30 Youth Sevadal members (18 years to 40 years) for World Educational Conference.( KITCHEN SEVA).

Reporting Date : 18th July 2008.
Return Journey: 23rd July 2008.

Please communicate the same in your respective samithi's to mobilise 30 youth members from Hyderabad District. Last Date for Sevadal Registration is 10th July 2008 .Please contact K V Ramana Reddy ,District Services Co-ordinator,(Cell: 9849058444) for any clarifications.

All India President Circular on World Education Conference

By Bhagavan's Infinite Grace, the WEC will be held between July 20-22, 2008. There will be plenary sessions at the Sai Kulwant Hall, where Indian and Overseas delegates will jointly attend. There will be separate Working Sessions for the Indian and Overseas delegates. The Working Sessions for India are divided into two parts: one for Bal Vikas and the other for the Sai Schools. These will be held at the Double Decker Building near the Book Stall.

There will be 4 Working Sessions as follows:

July 20: from 8-9.30 pm.
July 21: from 1-3.30 pm
July 21: from 8-9.30 pm
July 22: from 1-3.30 pm.

There may be a special session on July 22 between 8-9.30 pm and a post conference Tutorial on July 23.

All State Presidents and State Trust Convenors are required to attend the sessions, preferably the sessions for the Sai Schools. 625 delegates from India and 1200 delegates from Overseas have registered for the Conference. Registration Counters for the delegates are being arranged, where accommodation will also be allotted. An Exhibition on Sai Education in the World is also being organised from the 16th July-July 23 in the Poornachandra Auditorium.

All concerned persons are requested to be at Prasanthi Nilayam latest by the 14th of July.

1. Delegates List

This letter concerns only the names of delegates sent to the Institute in response to our circular under the Sathya Sai Schools. We are now closing the list. Copy of list from your State is attached. Please inform all concerned in the State. If there is any discrepancy, please let me know immediately.

All Diploma holders, Additional delegates and teachers representing Principals, as on the attached list will be accommodated in sheds. Others who have asked for accommodation will share rooms (4 in a room). Even then there is a crunch, but we hope this will be solved in due course of time.
Some names have not been accepted as per guidelines and under your advice. I have informed them on telephone, and shall inform you in writing at the earliest, so that they do not turn up unexpectedly. No additional Forms besides these have been received.

2. Exhibition

I continue to receive School Data and photographs from schools. We now have to close the file. We will make every effort to ensure that all Sathya Sai Schools are listed in the Exhibition, and that wherever photographs are received, at least one per school is displayed.

3. Accreditation

I attach a list of schools marked for Accreditation during the 2008-09 academic year. Please inform them on your behalf that they get ready as per guidelines given in the Accreditation Document. We need to finalise dates, etc during the Conference.
