Here is an important information for people proposing to visit Prasanthinilayam form now on

1.We now have Rail concession to Prasanthinilayam approved for the year 2009 for the following occasions only.

Mahasivarathri in Feb 2009/Gurupoornima-July 2009/Krishnajanmashtami-August 2009/Onam in September 2009/Dusserah in September 2009/Deepavali in October 2009/ Bhagawan Baba's birth on in November 2009.The concession is for 50% on the of the original full fare.It is for return journey and valid for one month.

The concerned should carry have a form authorised by the state president and approved and certified by the District President while purchasing the tickets.

2.The present arrangement of security systems prevailing at PN has been revised and tightened for those visiting Prasanthinilayam with immediate effect.All visiting must carry their identity cards.The Pan card and Voter ID card in original only is acceptable for individuals.The visiting groups, the leaders, should carry the identity-but all must have their photo identity in person-All groups not exceeding over 100 also should have the photo identity as described and there shall be no compromise.

3.Members of SSSO must obtain State Presidents approval for visiting and accommodation requirements-His request letter to the accommodation in charge at PN only will henceforth be accepted.

PN - NOVEMBER SERVICES - MY CONCERNS

1. We need to mobilize our members both young and the old for the November services that includes - Gramaseva kitchen work-Batch 1 and Batch 2-contingents for the birth day. 2. Who ever is nominated must have the registration done here and carry his photo identity and service allotment in the particular sector.He must wear the badge and scarf on duty-except for the prasanthi security service. 3. Railway concession is available for November service,but for the registered members only. Therefore issue them only when they are going for service-This is the priority. 4. All members old/young/middle aged must be affiliated to a corresponding samithi where they are residing.They must be registered in the conveners register and must be routed thru this facility. 5. The PN authorities shall not allow this time any member with out an identity card and registration .It is on account of the organizational discipline and special security concerns of the present day environment. 6. Railway concession forms and registration facilities are available with the respective Samithi conveners and they should take it from them. 7. Sri Kalam Ramana reddy our Dsc and Sri RaviKiran are authorised in coordination to handle this task in the manner as described in this concerned notice. 8. PRASANTHI NILAYAM SUPER SPECIALITY HOSPITAL

You will recall some time ago I have sent a mail to all concerned for providing sevadal members to PN for certain felicitation services at our super specialty hospital.In fact we have been sending them too! But suddenly when we sit back and relax assuming that things are going on, we have surprise to learn that our people did not report in certain specified months-You will all know what happens then?

The unexpected did happen! and we are warned and requested by the concerned to see that we send our people there as per the time table enclosed here with. Dear Conveners,kindly see the schedule of Hyderabad and adhere to the time table- will you please! I am requesting our Sri G.Bhaskar Rao garu our District medical service in charge to look in to this service aspect,follow up and dispatches.

PS MEET IN SIVAM 7/8TH JUNE 2008

This is to remind and request all Samithi/and units to nominate members for the PRASANTHINILAYAM SECURITY SERVICES(PS) selection and training programme scheduled for 7th and 8th of June 2008 at 8.30 am at SIVAM.You will recognize that this is a very essential and top priority assignment in our organization and needs your utmost attention and presence.

We are hosting members from nearby Ranga Reddy,Nalagonda,Mehaboobnagar district apart form our own from Hyderabad city.It is likely that we will have 100 members with another 50 comprising the faculty and guests.We need to take care of them on the 7th and 8th of June.

It is very important that every Samithi/unit must send at least two or three physically,mentally fit and well acquainted, exposed to at least twice to PN routine service in the recent past.It is desirable they are below 45 years with smart agility,sharp and observational skills and enthusiasm in the kind of work involved as a special security personal.They need to work only for 10 days in an year at PN on a fixed time and date schedule.

I request you to kindly announce this in your Bhajans,meetings and call them by telephone/cell to night and fix them for this training session.
