Dear Brothers and Sisters,sairam and a good day

How are you all doing?

It is more than month since we have concluded PREMA JYOTHI event in Hyderabad-It is natural that a lot of things fade way as the time passes-at the same time there are wonderful things happened that have left some permanent marks in our memory and in the memory of the visitors as well.It is important that we keep Prema Jyothi lighted up!-That is the purpose of these Divine assignments and tasks.

Our Feed back and information members were extremely busy lot, at that time, and not many would be knowing what they were up to?

There were 22,000 who have written their impressions and provided their contact details expressing their desire to join our services and be part of this phenomenon.

Our assigned members have captured this wealth of information on the data sheets at that time and then our computer members in young and old were sitting at sivam, at their homes, and offices for days together to bring it in to a readable format as you will see in the enclosed xcell sheet.

This is has been an unimaginable and enormous, gigantic task for all our boys with dozens of computers heated up to capture this valuable information that was never done before.It is HIS grace and the effort of all concerned and hats off to those guys and girls.I have seen this myself and proud of the commitment of our members.

Now we have a task and that is to contact these Divine visitors and bring them in to the Divine fold-How?

From the enclosed list I would like all the samithi conveners to pick up addresses that belong to their territory first-then make a contact with them-take an appointment-do not feel shy or embarrassed-meet them-talk to them-asses them-categorise invite them to sivam-engage them in to your programmes in your samithi.

Finally provide me with the names and lists of the best and interested people.-We will take it from here!-We all have to do it together to accomplish.

We will conduct a orientation cum familiarization programme for them at Sivam or your area if you prefer-This is a challenging task and we must do for the development and expansion of our organization.This is a gigantic opportunity and we can not miss it please!

In order to accomplish this we need a special task force team that we need to develop in each samithi and unit-they have got to be well trained and equipped with proper knowledge and conversation skills-we need also some information sheet etc.

You must develop all these tools and tackles in your own samithi and do not expect some one will give you or feed.You are the Managers-I recognise and believe that our samithi conveners are well equipped and knowledgeable seniors and youngsters with innovative and creative skills.-Above all we have grace of our Swami as well!Then why hesitate or fear?

Go ahead start this programme at once with a time table- form a task team-make a plan-launch to night!-Please report your reactions and suggestions.
