In continuation of my earlier message informing you about our visit to SSS VIP villages:

The following clarification note is issued.

1.On 14th March we will be visiting Cheepununthala and Nagasanipalli villages in Mehaboobnagar and Ranga Reddy Districts

2.On 15th of March we will be visiting Veerareddipalli,Venkatapuram,Mallapur BC/SC colonies, Sarabhanipalli, Manthapuri villages and then Vattoor finally.

Our Technical teams will be following us for evaluation and discussions in the villages as mentioned in my earlier messages.

Our visit tothe rest of the places will be in the coming weeks that will be notified soon.

This is to intimate that on Saturday the 21st of March 2009,we will be organising a Cancer detection camp for the women folk of Venkatapuram SSS VIP Village.

This camp is technically supported by the Indo American Cancer Research Institute of Hyderabad with their Medical professionals and nursing staff.Their Mobile van is a state of the art facility with cancer detection equipment.

Cases detected or suspected will be processed and treated at the Main Institute.

Our medical men and lady Doctors also will be in the camp assisting in the tasks

We are pleased and excited to inform you that we will now be going to all our 11 SSS VIP villages on 14/15th of March 2009 to interact with the village champion teams nominated.

It is going to be a follow up and set up the future programme for 2009.

We will be talking to them on establishment of village based industries that generate regular and continuous income with special focus on women and young adults.

We now have identified the subject matter for each village and we intend to test the strength and interest in the groups and nominate the prospective personnel from the self help groups.

In our tour to these places we will also be accompanied by the Khadhi Gramodyog Maha Vidyalaya in charge Sri SRL. Sastry and Sri M.Naren from the Vasper green technologies of Bangalore.

Sri Eswaraiah the DP of Mahaboobnagar will be accompanying us for connecting his business with the prospective tailoring centers that have been established in some of the villages.This is to create quality production,sale and marketing of garments that are likely to be produced by the village folks.

On 14th we will be in Cheepununthala and Nagasanipalli villages

On 15th we will be in Veerareddipalli,Venkatapuram,Mallapur,Bahadurpet,Manthapuri,Ikkurthi,Sharbhanipalli,Dilawarpur and Vattoor

We request all the team leaders to be present in the respective village and assemble the village champion teams for a meeting with us-The exact time table table of arrival will be notified to all the concerned.

Hope you are doing well with Swami's Infinite Grace.

Swami has said that chanting Rudram in todays times is essential for peaceful coexistence at individual and community level. In line with His Command there is a plan to chant Rudram as a group....

When: 15 March

Where: BHEL

What: Rudram will be chanted for 3 hours continuously (more information/agenda items will follow)

Do not be disappointed if you cannot chant Rudram completely, you can still join and learn along the way.

The plan is to go to BHEL on Saturday night (14 Mar) itself. If that is not possible then you can join the next morning by 5:00 am.

If you are interested to take part in this unique activity please call Pavan Kondapally @ 09866760007 immediately. Based on the number of people wanting to attend food and other arrangements will have to be made.

Every task carried out has some thing to learn some things to ponder and some things to correct our ways-not others.In this journey we also collect and come across people pulling it down ignorantly with out knowing the consequences.

Rumours and talking ill of others, backbiting,imagination, fear of shadow-fear of being left out,positions,suspicion,ego etc.Spending most of the time in judging others.This is the Maya and perfect platform for downfall and loosing the focus!

We also have wonderful people that enjoy and progress in their spiritual pursuits which is the real goal.

May be the Karma factor has a role to play-to err is human is one of the norms for corrections.

We should recall Bhagawan's words during Sivarathri "Nothing is permanent but the good thoughts and the work carried out-be careful about the lurking thief trying to misguide you from the Divine path"-Have faith-self confidence-Atma Viswasam.

In this context here is a wonderful compilation by our Brother Dr.Ratnakar who is giving a medico- spiritual prescription.This is a must for all spiritual aspirants that are seeking happiness and change in their life towards Divine path and progress.

My dear I will like you all to make copies and distribute in all Sai centers,on behalf of Ananda Sai. We may make some kind of dairy and write (score) how many we follow on daily basis. I guess you would all like our contribution. yours, ratnakar Handbook 2009 A. Health: 1. Drink plenty of water. 2. Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a beggar. 3. Eat more foods that grow on trees and plants and eat less food that is manufactured . 4. Live with the 3 E's -- Energy, Enthusiasm, and Empathy. 5. Make time to practice meditation, yoga, and prayer. 6. Play more games. 7. Read more books than you did in 2008. 8. Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day. 9. Sleep for 7 hours. 10. Take a 10-30 minutes walk every day. or at least thrice in week,And while you walk, smile. B. Personality: 11. Don't compare your life to others'. You have no idea what their Journey is all about. 12. Don't have negative thoughts or things you cannot control. Instead invest your energy in the positive present moment. 13. Don't over do. Keep your limits. 14. Don't take yourself so seriously. No one else does. 15 Don't waste your precious energy on gossip. 16. Dream more while you are awake. 17. Envy is a waste of time. You already have all you need. 18. Forget issues of the past. Don't remind your partner with His/her mistakes of the past. That will ruin your present happiness. 19. Life is too short to waste time hating anyone. Don't hate others. 20. Make peace with your past so it won't spoil the present. 21. No one is in charge of your happiness except you. 22. Realize that life is a school and you are here to learn. Problems are simply part of the curriculum that appear and fade away like algebra class but the lessons you learn will last a lifetime. 23. iii) It must be something that Money & Power cannot buy.

4) SHARANAM! SURRENDER! The Inner Significance of SHARANAM! What are we surrendering? To whom are we surrendering?

5) GLOBALIZATION! What is it? What is its Economic & Social Impact? Can SAI Youth respond to the Crises facing Society?

6) THE CAUSE OF MAN'S SORROW, DELIGHT & INFATUATION...What does Swami say about this and what are personal lessons of LIFE?

7) Bhgavan Baba's teachings are like a Divine Ocean. But we need not drink the whole Ocean to know its taste. What are FIVE DROPS of the Ocean that can manifest the Ocean?

8) Does Heaven & Hell really exist? What does Hinduism, Christianity, Buddhism, Islam etc say about this? What does SAI say?

9) What is Dharma for normal living? Can we judge all people by the same Dharmic Yardstick? Does the same Darma follow us throughout our lives?
