Dear Brothers and Sisters,sairam and good day

We are delighted and excited to intimate that we have been given an opportunity to establish PREMA JYOTHI exhibition in Hyderabad from 5th of February to 15th of February 2009.

This is once again a gift of an opportunity from our dear Swami for Andhra pradesh and Hyderabad in Particular.

This exhibition commenced its journey from Prasanthinilayam and toured Delhi,Chennai,Mumbai,Bangalore,Hubli and now coming to Hyderabad.All the way it had made tremendous impact on the visitors.

We have planned to set this up in the Institution of Engineers India building located in Khairathabad/Hyderabad as it is the most convenient place for common public view and reach.

This exhibition provides a very detailed and comprehensive pictorial depiction on the life and teaching of Bhagawan in sequence from the child hood to day.You will see these in a real time kind, the child hood,His tours all over the country,teachings,miracles,service projects in education,hospitals and many more...

This is a quite a large project and requires enormous and serious planning and execution to the minute last detail in a scientific and professional manner.

We just have only 37 days to go from now........count down begings........

This involves planning in site preparation/Design and decoration/Alter flower decoration/Lighting and power back systems/transportation/handling/formation of management task force teams/funds flow and management/security/inventory management/registration Reception desk/food and beverages/Book stall/Audio/Video/Brochures/banners/Bill boards/publicity thru media/press/radio/TV/Invitations/VIP listing invitations/Special guest enclosures/Floor guides/Water supply/Medical center/Bus arrangements/RTC liaison/Parking/Valet arrangement/Photography coverage in Still and video/Hospitality teams/Facility teams/Up keep and maintenance teams on daily basis/night security/Slide and video room operations/Accounting/Liaison with police dept/News papers/Communication set up etc

There could be many tasks to come as we go along-- and so we need you once again like never before!

While we are at some of the preliminary tasks right now and preparing the task teams that we know off from form our familiar ground-we will be delighted to know your preference and interest in terms of the subjects and time that you could dedicate for these divine mission.

The exhibition will commence at 10.30 am and concludes at 8.30 pm every day beginning from 5th February till 15th of February 2009.

As you will notice we need members both from men and mahilas in seniors,youth groups for the day time and night time services and therefore we are keen to receive your nominations soonest.

We will soon announce a meeting with all those interested to allocate responsibilities associated with this project.

Our exhibition Coordinator Sri Kalam Ramna Reddy is now ready to receive your nominations and you will make copy to me too!
