Dear Brother conveners,sairam and good day

How are you all doing?You will recall that we now have announced the PREMAJYOTHI exhibition set up in Hyderabad from 5th February to 15th of February 2009.

It is going to be for 10 days in the Institute of engineers Building in Khairathabad.

Like I said in my mail to you last week there are several tasks that we need to take up before the exhibition date and during the exhibition.

As of now we have fund management on hands and immediately and simultaneously would like to know the contact addresses and names of the high,medium and low profile dignitaries with respect to Government and private organisations in the city.

I am aware that we have a number of our members who are now working or retired, have contacts and association with some of the elite of the city.We need to pool this strength.

I appeal to you to kindly send the names and contacts of those to whom we need to send invitations-we may have to send some special invitations and normal formal invitations as well-So we need to categorize based on the feed back we get from all of you.

I also would like to know the list of vendors,supporters,suppliers,engineers,architects who can provide the various services like electricals,sound systems,decorators,arches,coffee/tea automatic machines vending machines,chairs,tables,banners,electronic displays,etc-I also would like to caution you please do not promise anything to any one-we may take them or may not based on the need and priority and many factors.-They should be well known to us and service oriented.

Please collect this info pertaining to your area of presence and around and send us the appropriate info soonest you can.

I am specifically requesting Sri G.Bhaskar Rao garu our senior who has been in the GAD so long to use his experience to obtain this information.

We will now have our general body meeting along with the task team nominations to delegate responsibilities, may be on the 2nd of January 2009 at Sivam.--wait and see!
