Dear Brothers and Sisters,sairam and good day

The Prema jyothi exhibition is just 20 days away and while we are working on various aspects night and day-an important part is now to begin and that is training of floor leaders and guides on nearly 7 aspects of the exhibition.

We need youth,elders and mahilas and combinations-and also we have now scheduled a training and familiarization programme from 18th of January at Sivam-This is on how to conduct and guide the visitors on the floors.

This is an extremely sensitive and important part of the show and we need to be excellent and exemplary representatives of the Organisation and of course our Lord SAI.

This is going to be in the after noon at 3 PM-It will be three sessions on may be three consecutive days.

I would like you to now confirm the names of interested and committed members for this training programme as well as on the floor service on these tasks soonest by 16 th January morning.

We need nominations from members who can serve in the morning hours between 10 am to 6 pm and also members who can serve between 6pm to 9 pm-We will try to limit frame work loads to under four hours each but-This of course depends on the number of nominations we receive.

This is a very important call and I need your response at once please!-This is a great opportunity at your door step!
