WE WILL DO OUR BEST ON WHAT WE HAVE IN HAND

WE WILL DO OUR BEST ON WHAT WE HAVE IN HAND

Dear Brothers and sisters,sairam

I am ever concerned about certain service activities that we are planning these days.Incidentally they are all good and deserving never the less!

But I would like you all, to recognize that we have some limitations in terms of resources of time ,finances and people.

All works proposed are usually taken by the same set of few committed souls and they will be putting maximum efforts to make them going. This is not easy and comfortable all the time!

I would like to emphasize that we have to concentrate and do justice to works that are already on hand, in full.We need to be creative and innovative in those tasks to enhance their quality and quantity first and fore most.

Do not take new things just because you thought about it to be good-while it is- like I said, again the same resourceful people have to handle. But we do not have that many?

This will lead to the focus on works on hand gets diluted and dissolved too very often.

We can recall how new projects override on existing services.

I would like all concerned to ponder over and do the best you can on going service tasks.
I am here to assist you to sort out the organizational priorities as ever! and we need you like enever before!

Love you all with high regards

Seeking HIS blessings and guidance and your best wishes
